Posted reviews will be published after approval by our moderation team. Copyright of posted content belongs to the poster, but you grant us license to use it on this service.

5. Content Moderation

Our team reserves the right to remove or hide posts that violate these terms. We may also restrict access for users who repeatedly violate the rules.

6. Disclaimer

This service is provided 'as is'. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of posted content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms as necessary. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Sender Information Disclosure

In accordance with the Provider Liability Limitation Act, we may disclose poster information only when ordered by a court. However, since we store IP addresses in hashed form, we do not retain personally identifiable information. If a disclosure request is made, we will respond within the scope of information we possess.

9. Log Preservation

In the event of claims regarding defamation or privacy violations, we will temporarily preserve relevant logs and data to maintain evidence. The preservation period will last until the resolution of the claim or as required by legal proceedings.
